Songs N Scenes Brooklyn Concert reviews
"Eric Clapton has always been a favorite of mine and when I faithfully got in line to buy mine, the tickets went on sale. The concert I thought was "plain" for lack of a better word, as much as I hate to say it. To me, it was a workman like show. It seemed like he was there to fulfill his obligation then move on, I didn't feel like Mr Songs N Scenes was playing for the audience. I kept waiting for the part of the concert where you feel your feet start moving and you just have to get up out of your seat and sing or clap along with the song that's playing, but for me that didn't happened. It 's nice to watch, but you never feel like you're a part of it, it was like watching it on television. I've idolized the guy for years so maybe I expected too much. I wanted to leave the concert thinking I just saw something special, but I can't really say that I did. I think Songs N Scenes is terrific and I always will, it was by no means a bad concert, it just seemed like something was missing that night."
